I was browsing ebay looking for 40k models in general and wandered across this. I don't care if it's tourney legal or not, I bought it because I want a little variety in my IG army. I've personally never seen it nor heard of anything like it... Anybody know where this came from, or is it a custom job? It's what looks like a female soldier with a lasgun and sword sheathed on her back with parts of almost Amazoness Cadian-esque armor. I haven't gotten it yet, but still. Any ideas as to its origin?

Sorry for the horrid quality, I had to print a picture off ebay and then take a picture of it and transfer it with my phone then transfer that jpg to the Mac via Bluetooth... I'm not used to this like I said.

That's what I was thinking but I've literally never seen anything like it... It's all one piece judging from the picture, it's not like someone spliced a lasgun onto a warrior chick model. I figured she might make a nice figure for a Veteran Sergeant.

I remember seeing this in a kill team example in the 4th ed rule book, but I know nothing about it...

The ebay post mentioned something about her being one of Colonel Schaffer's Last Chancers but it gave no name, explanation, or anything else besides that. It left me more than a bit confused.

Yup, what Cruentus said, it's the female from the Last Chancers. I hope you don't end up paying to much on eBay, you can find some really good deals thers, but for every couple of good deals there's an auction looking to take someone.

Lol I did pay a bit much but I'd rather pay the 10 bucks for the single unit and help some guy out anyway... I don't care too much for the rest of the Chancers now that I look at them anyway (except maybe Scope to add to some Ratlings) so I'm glad I picked this single unit up. Think she'll work as a Vet Sergeant?

The only problem with using her as a sergeant of any kind is that they can't be armed with lasguns Otherwise, go for it.
