I needed these guys to be done in a very short amount of time, and was able to complete them in a little over 3 hours total. I think they will strike fear into their enemies don't you?

For a second I thought you were giving him hate for speed painting and not taking time on mini's than I read the rest of the comment

Not dipped, but close. Basecoat, then a black wash, then a few highlights and good to go! The only thing on the mini with more than a single painted layer is the armor.
