The rules are identical with the exception that the upgrade to Bull Rhinox is taken as standard.
And there is absolutly no reason to not run Bull Rhinox.

3x Bull Rhinox wrecked shop in 7th. They did ugly things. There was a good reason for them being banned.

And they were also in an army book that was most certaintly the worst at the time.
The only reason they were redacted is because people were whining that ogres were winning and GW listened to them.

There was a very good reason not to upgrade to Bull Rhinox. A bull Rhinox got +1 to S and became a large target. The model was already S5 not really worth being picked out as a large target for S6. Also according to the article regular rhinox could be put on a 50mm base, but bulls had to go on chariot bases. Giving you have huge flank for clipping.
