Just picked up the new Bragg model from the Ogre Kingdoms range yesterday. Got the base done and his weapon. I did change out the chain on his weapon because I hated the dinky chain that was modeled. I also cut the gutplates out from under his left leg and replaced it with a torn apart bloody brettonian Pegasus knight. I've wanted to do a waterfront or wharf type base for a while and this is what came of it. I used a mix of plasticard and milliput to make the bricks and base and then "grouted" it with a baking soda and PVA mix followed by a little sand sprinkle. All of my ogres bases are going to have human like terrain, I want my OK army to be an invasion force. I use a mix of Tamiya red clear and smoke clear for the blood. Let me know what you think so far, sorry about the picture quality I used my camera phone. I'll be using my better camera for the next pics.

Sorry I didn't include a step by step. I finished it very quickly for the Ogre painting comp at the Los Angeles Bunker. I took the decapitated heads off his gutplate and replaced the with a chainmail loin cloth that I made link by link. I replicated the GW skin color for him almost exactly which I was happy about. I made my own wash for the flesh using Lester Bursley's formula, I matched that color pretty well too. Proud to say I took first place. Hope you guys like it.

Love that base!
I really like how you painted his skin as well.
