The neatness and attention to detail for your first bits of work is great. My feeling is that black at the moment is a little flat. A useful technique I've found for getting a black with depth is to basecoat Adeptus battlegrey, then wash heavily with badab black. After a layer or two, you get real depth in the crevices, and the grey auto-highlights the ridges because the wash doesn't stay on it very well.
All that being said, it still stands up as a great start- far better than my own first paintjobs.
