Death squads is a very cool game in which is like necromunda but instead of using gangs you use diffrent races. The game it self is perfectly made for conversions, although my team right now doesnt have any just because im playing a normal IG shock team.

If your on a budget i highly recommend this game seeing as you only need around 15 models to play, also if you have a group you can do a campaign in which you will level up and gain better stats, aquire better weapons and items and can make a cool storyling for your squad and characters.

How much different is Death Squad to 40k Kill-team?

Death squads Is more like necromunda In this game its not always troop choices my squad is just because i didnt convert anything.

Say you want to play cultist for death squads

your main leader would be a choas space marine.
your other 4 leaders would be aspiring champions and chosen.

As your your troops you get cultist
you can also get these guys called annihilators that can be giving speacil heavy weapons like a heavy stubber flamer or grenade launcher.

as well as saboteur and a warp entity.

Now in this game once you buy your models and equip them with the weapons you can afford you battle your friends after the game you search the battle field and can find things such as weapons items and more money which allows you to buy better items.

Everything in your team can level up unless it says other wise when you level you can get better stats or new skills which can be really good. when you loose someone in battle it doesnt mean they die, death squads has a special chart to see what happens to them after the game, it might be a broken arm or leg which can effect there next game or some times that model gets robbed.

Each army has special rules that can really help it all depends on what you like.

Nice minis. Are they anything to do with the whiteshields? Although I do see a white band on an armour plate.

Probably will look into it. Sounds like a fun game. The main things I disliked about 40k is the lack of character and personality to it. I have always given a full and radical background for my HQ.

The conversion opportunities are endless.

So, it's Gorka-Morka, but with every race/faction.

That sqaud looks really good! I might have to try those rules sometime with my Tanith against my buddy's guard or some friends other armies

The one guy that has white on his shoulder is the captain of the squad, i thought it would look cool if i did some kind of design.

about the lack of characters this game allows you to create your own back ground and character for your squad so you can get really in to.

The imperial guard squad in this game has different types you can use and theirs a urban one that would be perfect, or catachen.
