Subject: Working on a new American Marine!

Long-Range Land Speeder Pilot

Ok all you American hating people! (joke?) <--- kinda true for many people hahahaha.
ok I have started this marine and have yet to finish him and would like to hear peoples thought! he is about 60% done.
I will be painting the American flag on this right shoulder which has not been started yet.

His armour needs to be red, white and blue. Also more images of the Bald Eagle.

Haha I did go with the blue for a while but the ultramarine look angered me. so why not make them golden/bronze holy people? =DDDDDDD

Well the airbrushed sword looks really good but it makes the rest of the model look flat and boring. And if this is a special character of some sort you should really go throught the extra trouble and drill the barrell.

Aren't the dress colors for Marines White Black with Red? Maybe you could use that?

Hehe ty. not sure if you read my post but I am not finished with him I still more detail to bring out with him just asking what people thought of the progress so far.
The army was not men't to be painted in Red, White and blue. it ends up looking like Ultramarines, blood angels or white scars and I didn't want that.
I do however paint the flags on them.
My elites however are painted in black. as below.
