by far not one of my first minis -- (those were from 20 years ago when I was 15, and so horrible I stripped them down and re-did them), but it was the one that got me back into painting again about 2 years ago. I am by no means a master, I can't blend worth crap although I'm getting better, (I have a Griffon Rider I've been working with for a few days now.) and I've just started working with OSL.
I know what I could have done better, but I still am fairly satisfied with her to the point where I don't really want to strip her down and redo her.
Any feedback and tips would be much appreciated

This is what I do all night at work. Iphone/Blackberry/Android tech support gets a bit much so this is my relaxation between calls.

For the eyes paint the area black first then fill in the whites with a dot. Unless it's my eyes, cause it looks like they're all white with a tiny black dot to me which gives it that shocked look.
Other than that it's quite good. 
Especially that griffon, its feathers are quite nice.
