Anyway, this is a board that my dad and I are working on. I have put the models on for proportional purposes. Any comments and criticism welcomes !

I don't think there's enough there to really qualify it as an industrial area of any sort. Seems like an okay start and the roads are nice, but there's nothing industrial about it.
