The Blue Rogues are a legion of renegade Imperial Guard from several different regiments. Even though they remain loyal to the Emperor, they are no longer a part of the Imperium. If you want to know more, there is an article in the wiki about them. Here, you can join the Rogue Kasrkins, the elite strikeforce of the Blue Rogues; or the Tau Stealth Team that will accompany them in their mission. Though these Stormtroopers all wear the armor of the elite cadian soldiers, they come from many different worlds. You can request any of the following positions and write at least two paragraphs of background. If I can find someone to play our bad guys, I'll play Specialist Ivan Kane (pretty much Marbo rule-wise, but with a different background). Otherwise, anyone of you can play him while I work as the DM. You will be divided into tow groups of five and will have support from a Tau Stealth Team.

The Kasrkin's task is to aid your Tau allies in a mission in a ruined Tau outpost. More information wil be given later. The game will begin after at least nine people join or/and I decide we're good to go.

Roleplaying note: Blue Rogues don't have an official stand when it comes to dealing with Xenos. The General is usually more than happy to work alongside the Tau, since the Rogues and the Tau Empire have helped each other many times in the past, but the rest of the legion might have different opinions about this, so feel free to play with that as you wish. And remember, if there' something all Rogues have in common, it's that you hate the big I!

Storm Trooper (Plasma Gun): Sam reporting for duty!
Background: He joined the guard to see other planets and to kill any xenos he found and to make his family proud but after every battle against the tau and eldar it seemed that not all xenos were as bad as he heard. When he had to make a choice of disobey a direct order from his sergeant or spare a unarmed Eldar banshee, Sam turned and shot his sergeant and helped the Eldar to her fellows. Sam had to quickly leave and he hid in a hive city for 4 years until he was found by the Blue Rogues and offered to join.

Oh this is starting to look bad come on people join

i guess ill be a normal storm trooper named larkin

ex elysian larkin was deployed on a hive city teeming with the forces of chaos. his troubles started when he got knocked off course during the landings and was separated from his team. he managed to link up with a unit of pdf forces surviving in the city. They were not able to get him to his home unit so he stayed with them unlocking elysian supply drops for them. it continued on like this for months till they heard on the vox the last call for evacuations. They tried to make it to the spaceport attempting to fly there in an abandoned land-speeder. but they were shot down before they reached their destination. larkin and one other pdf man gunthar survived the crash. larkin's face was badly burned in the incident and now wears a baclava to hide his ruined face they made to the spaceport minutes after the last ship lifted off gunthar unable to handle what happened to his took his laspistol and turned it on, himself larkin tried to stop him but was to late to stop him he took the mans pistol and dog tags as a reminder of what happens to loyal servants of the emporer when worlds of the imperium falls. three years later he was found by an exploratory team of the blue rouges and was inducted to their ranks. he is a crack shot who never takes his mask off in the presence of others constantly maintaining the prized laspistol from the hive of which he nearly died. he is adept with all tech given to him and tends to go of an explore areas alone. he joined with the rouges because he new they would be able to help the imperium more than the slow administratum and corrupt inquisition.

Eh... Okay... That's some interesitng story but... Okay, you'll need to make a good reason for him to want to join the Blue Rogues. Most people consider them traitors after all, and they DO fight the Inquisition. Also, your grammar is quite... Bad. you might need to work on that. Still, I'll save your a spot and let you change that. Also, are you sure you want to be a regular? There are still three plasma-gunner spots available!

i chose the regular guards man just because i wanted to my character has had bad experiences from his time in the hive getting burnt by the plasma from the landspeeder crash.

Vostroyan Sargeant Igorivich background:
Igorivich (pronouces e-gore-a-vich) joined the Imperial Guard as soon as he reached the legal age. He started to quickly climb the ranks in his platoon. However, when he and his unit were captured by Dark Eldar, his entire unit was murdered. However, because the Dark Eldar were torturing them one by one, he was still unharmed when his captors ship was boarded by the Imperial Guard. They though that he had sided with the DE and tried to kill him. However he made it to an escape pod in time and landed on a nearby planet. He was found by the Blue Rogues a few months later.

Guard killing guard forhanging out with Dark Eldar? Sounds more like Puritan Ordo Xenos to me...

Also, you might want to use diferent words with similar meanings so you don't use the same word over and over again. However followed by howevevr doesn't look too good.

sorry was tired when I wrote it, and well what would you do if you saw a guardsman completely unharmed after a couple days on a DE ship, I'd sure as hell be suspicious.

I'll give it a go. Dibs on the Tau Shas'vre. Might I suggest that if you don't get as many players as you want that the players that have joined RP more than one char?

Also, will write up a full background later on today, just wanted to voice my interest.

EDIT: I could quite happy RP all 6 Tau characters for example (assuming no one else joins and wants to be Tau that is) In which case I'd do a char sheet for each one with background. Will wait for an answer before making a char sheet as need to know if I'm doing 6 related ones or an individual one.
