I have seen a lot of great heavy flamer conversions out there, and I wanted to throw in my conversion. Please excuse the attached photo, as my camera stinks (spending money on 40K rather than the camera).

I took two bitz that does not see much use: the humble Psilencer and the Incinerator from the Grey Knights squad.

1. I proceed to saw off the flame portion as well as both canisters off the Incinerator.
2. I saw off the gun portion off the Psilencer.
3. I then glue the flame portion to the distal end of the Psilencer.
4. One of the canisters is glued on the posterior part of the Psilencer, while the other is shaved a bit more and attached to the front.

If you wanted, you could remove the Inquisition symbols, but if you are going for the Deathwatch theme like me, you can keep.
