The game is going to be a skirmish type game where you use one squad but can move any where they want.( independent )
Each player will share a mission but have side missions at random, The worlds that you will be playing on can have weather problems, have alien beast and alot more that will have a interference when playing.

There will be vechicles such as apcs, tanks, aircrafts, anything a scifi genere has to offer.

There will be a good amount of factions which will have different rules, weapons, and gear.
The game will also have things to make a little more realistic such as going prone, crouch, aiming, all kinds of things.

The apc is from http://khurasanminiatures.tripod.com/ but i took the wheels off and broke bases in half to put where the wheels go to make it a Hover Apc.

I thought id give it ago to make a game useing 15mm since its very cheap and the models look awesome.

I like how it sounds like you will use very limited forces like a large 'kill-team' with tanks and planes.

I forgot to mention this game will have a level up thing. so your guys will level and be able to use better weapons,gear all kinds of things. leveling up also allows the characters to gain better stats and skills.

As for the tanks with so few guys, alot of people have told me thats not a good idea, a tank is very powerful and could kill the whole team, but what i was going to do if the heavy weapon guy dies and what not his weapon falls this way your other characters have a chance to pick it up and keep using it.

I like the idea of picking up heavy guys gun if he goes down... don't toss it just yet it is a very nice idea!

Im actually going to be using pig iron stuff.

Then I shall commence the Heretic chanting.

I was going to use 15mm stuff then i thought since its a skirmish game you can do more converting with bigger models, so i went up to 28mm, seeing pig iron models made me want to do this, they just look really cool.

Still, I just think they're overused Ideas. They're Halo and Haze helmets effectively. They're just double rip offs. Not price wise but IP wise.

Every body has a certain type of style they like.I like pig irons stuff, they got this look to me that is really cool.

I mean for my game you can use any models youd like, just my demo teams are going to be from pig iron, and probably my main team will be to.

I'm more of a spend two hours of greenstuff to make it just right and not buy conversion kits kind of guy, but Pig Iron looks cool, too.

Don't use 40k models, because that would defeat the purpose of making your own game.
