Just finished up the first few tomb world bases for my new Necrons army I'm starting. Wanted to do something different than the normal black and grey tomb world dirt. Just started sculpting and this is what came of it. I'm going to add a little OSL around the green pools to finish it off. I think the "spongy" ground looks sweet, and I made impressions on them with the feet of models that will be on them. It makes it look like soft ground when the feet are sunken a little, you can see the footprints in the photos. Color was done with airbrush followed by some blending with a brush. The base was made using my own method of making presentation bases, I have a tut posted on here if anyone is curious.
