Your C'tan seems like a waste, it's gonna get shot dead pretty quick. Since it's the only real target for any anti-tank weapons your opponent takes.

It won't make it to combat so that's 280 points that won't make its value back.

In comparison you could get 3 anihilation barges for the same point cost. Which are more likely to be able to do something.

Annhilation barges wont be taking down anything heavy either imo but not a bad suggestion based on what the rest of his army is.

I'm currently playing the match against my friend's grey knights, on the top of turn 2 currently with 1 kill point either side. My c'tan died very quickly from Land Raider Lascannons and Vindicare Assassin shots.. so yeah, a waste of points in this match.

Won 6-5 kill points against Grey Knights. Lost C'tan, Lychguard, Destroyer Lord, Wraiths and Scarabs.. game ended turn 5. Very close, fun game.

Hey dude, you might want to check out a list by Wuestenfex. I know you despise the command barge with a passion.. but you could still adapt some of the key elements for your force.
