Hey guys, this is my first attempt at an army list in a decade. This is an Evil Sunz/Speed Freeks/Kult of Speed army!

I'm trying to construct an army that is competitive against any sort of shooty or cc army.

I've drawn up 3 variants. I like the first one best but I'd love your feedback.

Any suggestions to make this army more competitive would be appreciated.
