Hey sup guys, I'll be making my nest here if you guys don't mind. I'm still quite new to 40K, so I'm gonna rely with your extensive expertise.

I don't feel like retyping the whole thing again, so here's more to it and why I do all this. http://www.randbin.com/2011/12/the-outcast-wip-i/

You could have just copypasted the whole text. It's not that long anyways.

Also, I like both the drawing and the concept. The Ymgarl itself looks amazing and I like how you used those shade lines to draw all the secondary elements. It does gets just a bit off on that little part in the right, but overall it looks great!

I'll be honest...
I thought it was c'thulu from the first pic.
Though it looks much more like a broodlord now... it's supposed to be a broodlord right? or at least a genestealer?

Thanks, that's why I need your expertise in this. XD

Here's my main reference I used, the official depiction of Ymgarl.

Check out this for the concept, I added the broodlord horn to make it more like the leadership type. But I'm interested to know what make you think it to be broodlord, you certainly can help me improve.

Thanks shadowsnip, appreciate that.

I'm thinking to paint another general/commander scene, any suggestion? Anything you would like to see?
