So ive got the Space Marine bug and bought alot of stuff new and OOP to get some nostalgia goin on the tabletop. This dreadnought is the first of about 60 models and it is the all metal version from the early 90's, im going with the Minotaurs chapter as stated. I hate the bronze armor color, I find it very boring and unfinished looking since theres no real contrast anywhere and doesnt scream MINOTAUR! at me. Ive settled with this brown color which I find more fitting for a chapter named after a giant beast. I will be adding the red and yellow striped pattern somewhere on all my vehicles and dreadnoughts to kinda pay tribute to their original color scheme, this one as you can see is on the shoulder area. This model is only about 50% finished, Lemme know what you think about my color choice. I still have to do the final highlight on the brown but I think you can see where im goin with it.
