Props for tackling a full mural and LEDs on a single tank - most save that kind of stuff for titans, if they ever attempt it, at all. I definitely like how the design mirrors the shape of the vehicle.
The actual execution of that design is what doesn't really do it for me. While impressive in its own right, the rather stroke-heavy style and muddled (muddied might be equally appropriate) color transitions don't really fit the Eldar aesthetic, in my mind, whereas cleaner lines and either distinct or smoothly blended colors would. Still, I'm impressed by the piece, even if I don't particularly like it.

I disagree. If he is doing a different Craftworld, or just any old basic one, it looks really good. Nice job, well done.

Its a brave attempt, but I'm not digging the Mural on the top. Its supposed to be a phoenix, I take it? It just doesn't appear to be a cohesive painting on it, but rather a bunch of discordant colors.
This is the kind of thing I'd love to be able to do, but unfortunately its beyond my skill. Granted, I'll never be able to do it because I don't try, but I guess I just know my limits.

to be brutally honest Little Boy Blues painted the phoenix, I painted the rest and lit it. My murals tend to be dragons, and I've recently learned how to make my paint sooooo much smoother. This one is the command transport for my phoenix host, Falcon, Wave Serpent heavy list. My Dragon host is very Jetbike/vyper heavy, 43 jetbikes so far and 8 Vypers, with a Farseer and Autarch on bikes with warlocks. I made my own Autarch, the metal one sucks.
