So first the list:

HQ
Necron Overlord /w warscythe and CCB
Necron Overlord /w warscythe and CCB
- 1x HoD Cryptek with Gaze and Solar Pulse

Troops
10x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
10x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
9x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
9x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe

Heavy Support
Doom Scythe
Doom Scythe
Doom Scythe

Pretty straight forward. Generally, the idea is move up 12", fire 24" with the Tesla Destructors, while the Death Rays work over the best targets they can reach. Drop the immortals off and let them fire 24" into infantry that are on foot or busted out of their transports. I've found the telsa destructors do a pretty darn good job of keeping light armor suppressed, or even popping them if you get lucky, even with the AP-. CCBs will take have to take a turn getting in range to do sweep attacks, but not much that can be helped about that. Solar Pulse is there to give a first turn safety buffer. Obviously the list has a lot of glaring weaknesses (mostly AV11, AP- all around other than the Death Ray, zero CC capability, vulnerable to deepstrikers), but it's not really meant to be a super hard tourney list either. If you don't get the biggest threats to your Scythes locked down in the first turn or so, you are going to be in trouble.

Its good, I have been worrying about the viability of all-flier lists would be. I would love to see how it fairs.

Ya, I play Crons, what about it?
Also, they are just shiny space zombies with guns.

Still trying to arrange an opportunity to try it out. The biggest thing I'm not settled on is the troop ratios. Another variation I'm considering is:

HQ
Necron Overlord /w warscythe and CCB
- 1x HoD Cryptek with Gaze and Solar Pulse

Troops
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe

Fast Attack
9x Scarabs

I like the first list a lot better, personally. I love CCBs, and I think the Scarabs are running counter to the idea of the army. Three Doom Scythes almost guarantees you'll nuke SOMETHING if you get alpha strike, and unless your opponent has LOTS of anti-tank he probably won't kill all 3 first turn.

The only issue I have with the CCBs (and it's a minor one) is while everything else is causing havoc turn 1, the CCBs can only fire their fairly measly gun...although the scarabs are in the same boat. Another variant of the first list:

HQ
Necron Overlord /w warscythe and CCB
- 1x HoD Cryptek with Gaze and Solar Pulse

Troops
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe

Fast Attack
5x Tomb Blade w/ Particle Beamers
5x Tomb Blade w/ Particle Beamers
5x Tomb Blade w/ Particle Beamers

Heavy Support
Doom Scythe

I'm leaning towards this overall. Any transports that get cracked open will have the contents that get kicked out bunched up, a perfect target for a bunch of small blasts. The Tomb Blades remain as fast and manuverable as the rest of the army, and provide some anti-horde support which I was worried about with the first list. I still have 50 points left over and 3 Tomb Blade squads may be too much...thoughts?

So, right now it seems you have the Immortals as Anti Infantry and the Nightscythes as Anti light armor. I have been having a bit of luck by inverting that concept.

Outfit immortals with gauss, and give them a storm cryptic (the upgrade from regular cryptic is free) Find transport within 24" of nightscythe, move 12" and deploy immortals. They get to rapidfire, and get the assault 3 haywire staff (I have been basically treating these things like a meltagun in concept). The immortals then have a good shot of popping the transport, and now you can unload with the destructor.

Granted, this works best if your opponent is doing MSU as then the destructor can devastate a 5 man tac/grey hunter squad after you nuke their razorback.

Just food for thought.

So it appears you are going in the right direction but only one squad needs Tesla the rest need gauss. Also replace one squad with wraiths or scarabs or lords with minds hackle and hyperphase

I moved so starting from scratch. These were the armies I had, rebuilding my Chaos.

Two storm crypteks would eat that last 50 points perfectly (the staves are assault 4 btw), so I think I'll pick em up and switch the squads they join to gauss and keep the other two tesla. Leave them in the transports on turn one, then drop them on turn two if their Night Scythes survive.

I'm curious why bother with a single squad of tesla at all if the rest are gauss?

As for scarabs, I think I've got plenty of AT, so I don't really need them for that. Without spyders pumping up their numbers, anything that would seriously be a CC threat is just going to wipe them anyway, and they are too slow to keep up front to act as an assault screen. Any non-CC units that would be worth tying up by them (broadsides, lootas, longfangs, etc) are most likely going to be jammed in the back where it will take them 2-3 turns to get to. I'd rather have the extra tomb blade unit available to get to within range of them on turn one and start putting fire on them.

Wraiths could be nice. 5 with a couple of whip coils and a particle caster could take care of most assault units that slip through, and I'd be willing to trade a unit of tomb blades for them. I'll definately keep it as an option.

Mindshackle Lords are going to be pointless imbeded in the immortal squads; most things that are going to assault those units will wipe them with or without the lords. Grouped up on their own, they could function well as counter charge, but I'd rather have the wraiths for that as they have the speed on their own to put them on the offense if I need them.

So as of now:

HQ
Necron Overlord /w warscythe and CCB
- 1x HoD Cryptek with Gaze and Solar Pulse
- 2x HOS Crypteks

Troops
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Tesla Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Gauss Immortals in Night Scythe
5x Gauss Immortals in Night Scythe

Fast Attack
5x Tomb Blade w/ Particle Beamers
5x Tomb Blade w/ Particle Beamers
5x Tomb Blade w/ Particle Beamers (possibly swap these and the HoS Crypteks for 5 Wraiths with 2x whip coils and 1x particle caster)

Heavy Support
