Well done! There is always room for improvement, but I think you landed the paint job pretty well.
I suggest you paint the sides of the bases a different shade. The light gray seems to contradict the purpose of a stealthy sniper.

I frankly like how he cut right through all of it.
And as nice as they look, this clearly isn't his first stab at it.
Besides, maybe these are cutting edge, state of the art snipers.
I mean, they're clearly meant to opperate like a surgical team.....
