Subject: Judecca's Ostricized Chaos Army w/ Tervigon Conversion Bonus!
This is my chaos army. I went with an ice theme and used a lot of gloss finish to boost the intensity of the colors. Feel free to comment, criticize and give sugestions, as I would greatly appreciate all of them.
A lot of this stuff is quite spiky, including my "Dakka Prince" and some of the conversions I did for my friends will also make an appearance in this thread as well...
Here is my friend's Tervigon Conversion for his army. I liked the idea of the 'Aliens Hive Queen', so I made a mash up of that and the standard walking Tervigon. Its MUCH bigger than I had planned, but it looks so awesome in real life that people can't help but allow it on the field, despite it not having a base.
Thanks for the comments so far, I appreciate them!
@Tim the Biovore - If you would like to see a bit more of the Lord on the Steed and the Dakka Prince, you can check out my profile and look at my gallery. Thanks for the comment!
@A Kvlt Ghost - Heh, now that I look at it... they do look "Freshly Licked." Maybe I will hit them with a matte spray and see how that looks... Maybe just use the gloss finish for accent parts that bump up the armor or the blood and guts... Check out my Blood slaughterers, I used matte spray on them and only put gloss finish on the paint job on the hull and the black on arms and legs.
I really like the conversions, you have a good imagination and crafting skills. Also your colour go well together.
My only criticism is the paint seems thick and a lot of details are lost.
