I just threw this guy together today, while working on some other stuff. I always wanted to create a Nob that carried two Pistols or two Clos Combat Weapons, but there are no rules in the Codex for it...dumb... 
So I created him anyway, maybe I will use him as an Enemy or character in a Deathwatch or Rogue Trader Game.
(To bad there aren’t rules to create special character for your 40K games...maybe with the Narrative rules that are rumored in 6th edition you will be able to)

He looks pretty cool but he's gotta go on a round base!
Also, rules: a model can only shoot one gun in the shooting phase anyway, so even if he did buy two guns he could only use one. Buy him a twin linked shoota and have that represent it! He looks like a very characterful model and would be really fun for a kill team style game.

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Model wise, he's cool, good job!
Rules wise, who cares? RAW he just has a slugga and choppa, except the choppa is actually another slugga, and instead of shooting with it, he clubs you to death with it
