Hey ive started up an ulthwe eldar force and there are a few details i still need to do the farseers cloth, eyes, some gemstones etc but was wondering how you would go about highlighting the bleached bone areas and as well as how you would paint the rock hes standing on its looks really bland and unrockish heres a a picture of the farseer and a warlock

Just add skull white or dheneb stone to the bleached bone, and highlight with that - though, I would also give it a wash of gryphonne sepia before highlighting. Similarly, I would give the rocks a wash of badab black.

Maybe after washing the rock in badab black or devlan mud, try a really light drybrush of skull white to highlight the rough spots. I've been doing some broken concrete terrain like that lately and it has been turning out pretty well.
