Ok, so I know they are nothing to be particularly proud of (I realized soon into them that I'm not much of a painter lol), but these are my first ever painted minis, and was excited to share them. Gonna be working on building up a SW army. I know, for first units these seem like odd choices, long story there, needless to say, I understand that they wouldn't normally be the first purchases for an army, yada yada.
Anyway, for your consideration, some Long Fangs and a Rhino:
I figure at least they're identifiable on the table top, hah hah.
Thanks for looking.

They look pretty good! They have the essence of battle about them which I like. That Rhino by the way looks great! How did you do the weathering on the bottom of the tank? Really like it.

Not bad for your first paint, the rhino looks especially good with the weathering!
Oh and don't worry about them not being a starting point to an army, I generally start an army with my favorite unit

Hey, thanks for the replies guys I appreciate hearing back. I know I need to work on my lining, and steadying my highlights a bit.
As for the weathering, it was really just layers of dry brushing. Started with a heavy layer of scorched brown. Washed with Gryphonne Sepia to add some reddish, then bestial brown, and a light brush of fortress grey to blend in a bit, then washed with Devlan Mud. Worked out pretty well.
