Subject: Charge first or Move first, or your call?

Hey guys. I've heard different things from different people and the BRB didn't seem to clear on it, unless there was another section on it I just didn't see, I don't know.
During the movement phase, if I plan on making any charges, do I HAVE to declare charges before making any other moves, or can I move and declare charges as I see fit in any order?
