Over the last six months i've had a bunch of people e-mail me and ask about how I created the colour scheme for my Circle Orboros army. It is a bit of an unusual scheme, that's always what I go for when painting a new project - something surreal and drastically different from what is shown on the miniature creator's website.

After getting underway with the army I would definately say in hindsight that if I were to do it again, I wouldn't do it the same way - the choice of colours didn't turn out 100% the way I wanted it to, although they are reasonably effective.

And although i'm never in the top 3 best painted for any tournament i'm at, whether it is warmachine, fantasy or 40k - I try to do my best wherever possible, so for those of you who aren't very good at painting at all, and feel that you have the motivation to pick up maybe one or two basic ideas, this video is for you:
