Very simply, a single space marine which I've painted for a friend. Some honest C&C would be very much appreciated and I'd like to improve the quality of my painting as far as I can.

I like it, simple and clean. Have you thought about putting a symbol on the shoulder pad?

The paint job looks good, very clean.

The studded mk6 shoulder pad is on the wrong shoulder, though. The blank version was made for the right shoulder, and the studded up-armored version for the left shoulder, as it took more fire.

Thank you very much for the kind words! I can never remember which shoulder the spiked pad goes on :( I have considered a icon on the blank shoulder, but my freehand isn't quite up to the task yet, so I may well do so once I have a better freehand talent.

I like it, clean but maybe a bit too subtle? Have you seen the Sons of Medusa chapter of marines?

I do quite like the sons of medusa chapter, but the colour scheme was my freind's choice. I think there was the idea for a bit more detail, but it's how they wanted it. Still may well add something to the blank pad.

Oh I meant to ask, what type of camera did you use?

My mobile phone, Samsung Galaxy S with 5 mega pixel camera.
