Subject: Building Bran Redmaw? I need help.

Hello, I want to play with brand redmaw from imperial armour book 11 from forgeworld.
However, his model is not yet for sale.
I was wondering what people thought about converting Krell from the new vampier range. Do a headswap, shave of the shoulder pads and add some new. Add some power weapon parts on the axe and giving his cloak some fur (posible).
However, he also needs a model to when he becomes a where wolf. I do not think his base should change sice so that limits my options. (Although on the forge world stand he is displayed on a medium one.)

For the shape when he shape shifts (he does! how cool is that?) I was thinking of furring up one of the crypt horrors to make something inspiered by warwick in league of legends.
What do you think, would it be cool and would it fitt on the base?

I would reccomend rounding the axe edges so they are more distinct for redmaw, Definitely kitbash some space wolf stuff for the fur and head. I would more reccomend the Vargheist with the "mane" and cut off the wings and swap some claws on him.

Thank you GaussGuy.
I bought the bits today. I know that I can make the vargheist good from the moment I opened the bits up. It is a really good kit in my honest opinion!
Krell on the otherhand has very good potensial but it will take a lott of fine work. I hope I am up for it because it will be good but hard. I like the axe how it is, I only need to 40k it and paint it good.
The axe was the reason I bought the model. Nothing says special character like a weapon you have not seen before. :-)

It is definitely an amazing sculpt, I make finally take the plunge into fantasy with a Lizardmen army at some point. Automatically Appended Next Post: As for the vargheists the sculpt is far superior to the crypt by way of muscle definition. The vargheist does not look too undead which is what turned me off from crypt horrors as they look more lean.
