A combined Bunch of Goblins, Snotlings, Gnoblars and some swarm creatures tossed in (and prodded forwards) by the mass of tiny greenskins.
You never see common goblins so I thought it would be a lot of fun

I'm iffy about this item. It makes the Goblin somewhere between T5 and T7, yes, as well as the impact hits, but I'm not certain if it's worth that many points for (maybe) one round of D6 auto-S4 hits and the minor durability gain. If going for lots of killy, I typically find Sword of Striking + Potion of Strength to be better (since you'll almost always hit on 2's or 3's, and S7 means the same for wounding).

So, Signature Spell + 3 other L.Waaagh! spells each? Not bad, but I think that if you can find the space to fit in a Feedback or Dispel Scroll that would be good. Nothing like making a V.Count / Tomb King player pay for throwing down several several dice on a mediocre spell early in the game.

Rulebook says one of two for Great Weapon & Short Bow. Personally, I'd take the Great Weapon since the Hero's no better a shot than regular Goblins, but he is a better hitter in combat.

The only reason I'm iffy about this is you don't have the Banner of Discipline (which would mean a Leadership 9 Gobbo army), but it really is a toss-up between making the BSB durable and making your army have a good leadership (it's not like Goblin armies haven't had to make due with Ld. 8 no-BSB-rerolls games before, after all).

May I suggest a Skulker instead of a Champion? It's the same points for an additional model, and the Skulker is better in practically every way (getting +1 attack, ASF, Armor Piercing, and - on the turn they appear - Killing Blow). Also, if you can, I'd try to squeeze in shields on these units (Fun fact: If this is a 2400 point list, adding shields to all 200 of them brings you up to 2500).

A good source of active Combat Resolution for the bricks.

I'd split the chariots into 4 units of 2. With 3, you still take a panic with the loss of 1 chariot, and this just keeps fewer points from panicking away, and more deployment drops.
Plus with 2 chariots, if you run your goblins deep, you can combo-charge with the chariots/goblins, and get both chariots in, not worrying about having one useless chariot sticking off to the side.

You could drop 1 unit of goblins to pick up some stone throwers. There are some units that 50 goblins can't deal with in CC, and the stone throwers will let you pound those units until they are less of a threat.
With the points left over; I'd go max skulkers. 9 ASF/KB could really ruin someone's day.
You could also get a few min sized snotling swarms. These are solely for deployment advantage, diverting a charge, or stepping on fanatics/manglers.

Cause the chicks dig it...
2000 (RT era Thousand Sons), 2000 (Undivided), 3000 (demons)
2500 (Skaven), 3000! (Chaos Dwarf), 2500 (Warriors of Chaos)

Can't take 4 of the same specials at 2,400.
I'd grab some doom divers, stone throwers, and bolt throwers, and a unit or two of wolf riders. Then you have all things goblin (and no night goblins).
