My bro inlaw got me Canis for Christmas and I have just been updating him on how I am getting on. So I thought I would share some wip shots with you guys and keep everyone updated at the same time lol.

The wolf fur is nearly done, needs a few more washs of badab black over the top and a few shadingbits done underneath then I plan on dry brushing the top a lighter colour to catch the tips of the fur.

Its a nice challenge from painting Orks or Space Marines!

Had quite the session last night and managed to do most of the larger areas on Canis.

Not 100% happy with the eye need to go over it and make it a bit brighter

Not bad at all! I'm liking the brown fur, it's coming along quite nicely, the wolf face and eyes are done well too, i'll be interested to see him all done!

Added some highlights to his cloak and armour tonight along with some decals and weathering.

His hair has also been shaded and highlighted although my camera is having a real job to focus on his face clearly.
