I'm well aware of what units in the Lizardmen book work well in 8e (Slann, Salamanders etc) but for now I am after c&c for the models I currently have, perhaps better suggestions for wargear and tactics (this being my first fantasy army).
No points limit on this list, but we usually play 2000-3000 points games.

Oldblood-light armour, shield, piranha blade, glyph necklace, ruby ring of ruin- 251 (Runs with the
TG, ring provides that little bit more ranged oomph)
