Why 11 archers? i don't see the logic, also you do not want a unit champ on your spearmen t3 w1 is not something you want being able to give +6 in OK

Your also averaging more than 20 points a model with your only two hard units being fairly on the light side of things considering one T test spell will on average leave you with 10 PG or SM
