So, I just bought a Chaos Rhino. I have lots of bits, lots of greenstuff and lots of paint. What kind of conversions should I make? I'm definitely going to have pustules, sores, rust, stretched skin and a damaged haul, but I'm wondering if I should have anything more specific, like say faces or spikes or limbs or guys enveloped into it or whatever. It's up to you Dakka!
I love the pipes and sludge drums look. The whole infested is a bit of a cliche. I love doing rust personally. Paint something black then stipple on a very heavy and wet layer of blood red. The black shows through giving it a more orangy effect.
What I'm talking about is the sort of thing GMM did in one on their Nurgle armies. Th one with all the Rhinos.
Generally you want to go CRAZY with washes and paint on any green stuff addendums as flesh literally growing out of the hull.
Do lots of weathering, scratches, battle damage... drill in holes and score them with your hobby knife, cut off hunks of the hull, you cannot go wrong with Nurgle.
Shameless self promotion for what I did with my Rhino's interior:
Spoiler:
Automatically Appended Next Post: DXM, those are the most amazing Nurgle vehicles I've seen.

Everyone's Nurgle is better than mine :(
I like that combining with corpse cart idea Kroot, looks pretty good.
I've just gone for some simple green stuff, its not even done that well. Also sand, not sure if it really does what I wanted it to do but still. Also on one of my Nurgle rhinos I have some skulls. And I've got some Nurglings to add as well. I think the great thing with Nurgle, is you can do as little or as much as you want.

Oh that... I wanted it to have been opened up like an Alien Egg pod and have the inside look like a gullet with more teeth but I kinda ran out of time
for the contest and just modeled it closed.
