I'm not interested in you thoughts of how cheesy/in bad taste this list is. I play for fun, and have lots of fun even if I get wiped of the table. But in order for me to have the most fun, I build the best list I can.
I have grown a lot as a Lizardmen player, (yet my list might look pretty similar, lol.) But I'm still obviously 100% still open for suggestions.

The Restrictions I Put On My Tallarn Lists:
- Missile Launchers are the only HW teams allowed in Infantry Squads.
- All units able to take the FW Desert Raider special rule, must take it in lists of 750 points or more.
- 1 unit of 10 Rough Riders is required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- 2 units of Mukaali Rough Riders are required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- No vehicles besides Chimera Armoured Transports and Hydra Flak Tank Batteries are allowed.
- Al'Rahem is required in lists of 1000 points or more. |

I really like the huge TG unit, but for 2k I think it could be cut down to provide some support units to your army.
Swap out some TG for 2ish units of 10 skinks, (for charge blockers/deployment advantage), and at least one more salamander.
As your list stands now there are a lot of spells that could ruin your day in a casting or 2. If you take a bad beat to Purple Sun/Dwellers/Pit/25+ orc vortex, even the new VC vortex, or Pendulum would be nasty.

I see your point. No so much a fan of the Skink support. I try to defend against such spells with scroll, Cogitation, etc. But yeah I guess. Still it leaves the Slann more defended than without um'.

Yeah, it's not like the skinks are awesome, or anything. But they are handy to have around.
For the magic defense, all it takes is 1-2 IF to bring the TG block down to manageable levels. I know you can drain magic, but if you fail to cast it; your TG could be in for a hurting.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't like the thought of losing a game just because the opponent got off and IF Purple Sun.
