I like it overall, just a few small details.

Power fists are not worth it in imperial guard, since the thing sthat can get them don't want to be in combat, and will die anyway, so get rid of them.

Likewise the heavy bolters on the vendettas are not worth it, as the vendetta should be shooting at targets that they are not great against.

I would prefer the second manticore instead of the extra hydras, they are ridiculously good.

I would also consider an Astropath and/pr and Officer of the fleet, as both can be very useful.

Other than that it looks good.
