I like the mud work. I typically paint all my armies "clean" and respect when people go the route of realism. In the world of warhammer, I am guessing to many of us have are space marines looking like they cleaned the blood and guts off them.

You when the route of real army / grunt life, and did it nicely. I like how the mud is caked into the tracks, and the rust work on the back of the Leman Russ. Nice hazard markings! I can never get mine right.

Thanks you guys. They are painfully not done in my eyes (mostly detail work) so I haven't posted alot of pics. And now I'm sidetracked with a Vostroyan Army lol. Anyway, the mud effects were all done using the Secret Weapon Masterclass mud and water kit. Great stuff, and fairly cheap.

This list is the most mean list I have. bunch of mech vets with plasma and melta, with a hellhound and heavy flamers on all the chimeras. I just love to imagine the sheer panic in a cramped chimera when a plasma overheats.
