I'm not really sure where to start but I'll do my best:

Tomb king kitted out with the death mask is garbage. He already causes fear and so terror is meh - and in 8th edition those mechanics aren't really worth while. Mounting him on a chariot isn't bad to confer MYBD but I prefer my tomb king with Destroyer of Eternities which means he has to be on foot. Heroic Killing Blow is an EPIC ability and with the DoE he's swinging at Str. 7 attacks. Bunker this guy in with some 50 skeletons (really it'll be 46 skeletons, a lvl 1 LP, your necrotect and BSB).

YOur Liche High Priest isn't bad - Scroll of Mighty Incantations isn't bad except that you generally won't run it on a dude with lore of nehekara. that said you also don't want to risk sucking your heiro into the warp with an unfortunate miscast. Run the lvl 4 with a dispel scroll and some protection - maybe talisman of preservation? ANyone who knows their tomb kings will be gunning for your LHP with cannons and other illy things so it's crucial to bunker him in with archers and protect him.

A bare necrotect is perfect. He's there merely to confer hatred onto your unit, then die. Some will field him with a bit of gear - I like the Obsidian Lodestone which gives the unit Magic Resist (3) which becomes a 2+ ward save with protection incantation.

That Liche priest is perfect except you can't have 2 arcane items. Drop the D Scroll on him (since your Heiro will carry that) unless you are beng on having both. I run my LP at lvl 1 and always take the desert wind spell. It's sooo critical to get that spell off at least once in a turn. Tomb Kings are slow... and in a game which is all about movement that is very detrimental.

The banner of hidden death is TERRIBLE. Paying 90 points just to burry a unit and never see it again? Nope! Kit your BSB out with some kind of magic armor and a dawnstone - He takes hits for the tomb king and so needs a little added protection. Plus your BSB is critical to survival when your heiro dies.

I am a BIG fan of large bcoks of skeletons - Run it! Personally I wouldn't go over 60 in a horde but good god 90 would just never die! (well, until you get hit by a spell like dwellers or worse yet purple sun)

The chariots at 9 are ok but in general people run them 6 large (to get the Str 5 impact hits) or 8 large if they are bunkering a tomb /prince/ on chariot. The tomb king is overkill adding him to this unit - and 10 chariots make for an oddly sized formation as well. I do see where you were going with this tactic but the terror chariot just doesn't work when every army runs generals with a large IP and a BSB for what usually tunrs out to be ld 9 with reroll.

The archers are terrible in small units like that - you would be just giving away points. Field 19 to 24 as a single large bunker for your heirophant to serve as a bunker.

10 Tomb Guard are useless - I think these you had slated to bury with the banner? Still not worth it. These guys will just die and fast. When people run tomb guard they run them at least 20 strong and add a tomb prince for MWBD.

A note : THe Warsphynx is an amazing model! so worth 230 points (with firey breath). I field no less than 2 in every army.

The casket is great but drop the colossus - for 170 points I'd rather take 2 screaming skull catapults. The colossus doesn't even make sense in the game anymore - I mean unstopable assault is nice but for +5 points you can take the equally bad Heirotitan who can serve as a bodyguard (sort of) for your heiro. Either way neither should be fielded. Further more with the colossus only moving 6 there is no way he will be able to keep up with your chariots.

Total points: 2450p

I dont have brb at my hands,. and cant remember if there were some usefull magic items, so 50p are at spare for them.
And some plans:
chariot king will go with other chariots, trying to break as big units as possible and cover warrior blocs flank. Colossus will follow charriots and will attack nearby enemy incide 6 inch if possible.

Warriors will go where they have best spot with prince.

- DIdn't see a prince in the list.

Archers will sit nearby cascet with wizards inside both of them, doing their stuff

- Ya - units of 10 archers won't bunker for long. Once your down to 5 RNF (6 models if you added a unit champ) - the mages can be picked out and killed.

Tombguards will wait underneath sand, while herald will go with warriors.

-- And either never show up or die when they do. 10 models with a hero? That's just giving away victory points.

This is my main plan, altrough i would change places of prince and king, giving king some more meatwall around him (and give my skellies WS 6).

Well, I agree with Volts to a certain extent. I was almost certain you were going to put your Herald, Lvl1 and 'tect in that 90 block.

Maybe swap the 10 TG for a Scorp or some Tomb Swarms, if you're looking for a 'pop up behind ya' unit- they come with EBtS, so you don't need the banner, and can put the Herald in your Skellies. Could give him a different banner, or just some of those items Volts suggested. Or get a big flock of Carrion.
You can get 1 or 2 Scorpions, 3 bases of Tomb Swarm, or about 6 Carrion for the price of those TG, which'll be as or more maneuverable, and just as killy and disruptive.

With the points you save in that, I'd say grab spears for your Skellies, especially if you're running them with your Heirophant (if you end up doing that, for the 6+ Regen). You've got enough you'll be in Horde formation, so you'll be attacking with a full 4 ranks. Just combine the 2 units of Archers into 1 and stick your other Priest in there as a bunker.

You'll almost certainly have the points by now to add in a Prince for MWbD in the main block of Skellies, so I'd do that as well.

Whoops, look like I messed up with this list really badly... Propably because my notes are really messy, and i wrote this list very tired and I did this looking for modles i already own.
Im writing this with my mobilephone, I make some changes when I get home.
But, lets correct something now:
there should be prince, whic I planned to run with light eguipment and put him with 8 chattiot, making it siegeweapon/archer fetching unit or just flanking if there isnt anythin better.
I look if there would be some nice flag to carry for bsb, let see later what he gona get. But if I cant find anything nice, i could change TGs to warrior block.
Naby i could find at leas one sphinx and leave giant to home.

The BSB shoudlnt' carry a magic banner- it's more important for him not to die especially if he's in a unit with the model he's protecting.
