Does anyone know why games workshop pulled all of their painting tutorials? Also I am looking for their Dire avenger painting tutorial so if anyone knows what their color scheme was or has a link to a backup or something then could you please share it?

They pulled them down a while ago, the reason they gave was that some of them were out of date so they were replacing them. It also sort of coincides with the paint line renewal rumor, no idea when they will be back.

I'm a fan of this more muted look for the DA.


There's also this thread that stays with the classic look.

Thank you, that more classic look is what I was going for. I hope they put the tutorials back up because some of them were actually pretty good but knowing GW they will release them very slowly when the new books come out or some suck arse backwards thing like that.

A lot of them were good, the one for the Pink Horrors to try and pave over the removal of Tentacle Pink wasn't so much.
