So unit A causes Fear but has one or more characters that causes Terror and is immune to Psychology (undead). Unit B Also causes Fear but has a character that causes Terror but is not immune to psychology (Ogres). Does the unit of Ogres still take a fear test, except for the Terror causing character, or does that character negate their fear of Terror?

You check for the the unit but not the character. You no longer rant immunity to fear/terror for having a single model in the unit who happens to have that rule.

What if unit champion is the one causing terror? say Swordmasters?

Check the entry for Fear on pg 69. It specifically says "Models that cause fear are themselves immune...". So only the champion would be immune to the Ogre's Fear and the Ogres would have to test.

Nice, that is how I read the rules but my opponent didn't agree so much. I just let him go without taking them for the time being. Didn't hurt me at all, doing it that way. Thanks for clearing it up.
