I have been running the list with a sixth squad of Terminators but have been worried about horde style armies and having problems with Dark Eldar. I was hoping that the addition of predators gives another target to think about shooting and can help against targets with barely any armor save.

Any thoughts?

You already have enough kraks so hunter killer is not only expensive but actually adds little, stormbolters are not great.

Would you believe that LCs in the termies squads help them keep alive in cc. The issue arises that if the enemy enters cc with you then it usually because the enemy wants this and has a good cc unit to assault with. Against an enemy unit that is good at cc you need at least a couple of LCs.

I would only 4 squads of termies this means you can bring a good amount of fire support. Termies have staying power, which is good as you only need 4 units for scoring, but they are not so great at killing per point so other different firepower is good idea. The addition of some preds is good but I would go further still.

How are the preds set up? Do they have sponsons?

I agree, LC's are more useful then you think. How many times do you think you are going to need 5 3++ saves at once from shooting? Not as many as you might think. I run my DW squads with only 2 TH/SS and it has done me well. TH/SS are just boring to me anyways. I prefer to get up there and LC them to death.

I also don't think the CF's are really needed. I have yet to find a need or reaons to take them. All they do is give you a storm bolter of which is useless and the CF which goes last just like the TH, which is almost just as good. If not better as you get the 3++ to go along with it. To each there own though.

I personally like Vindies with my DW army. I can see Preds being useful as well.

I also agree 4 squad are probably enough. But not sure what else you could do in its place.
