Hello Dakka,

Recently, in a motivated night of painting I finished this golden man. A great sculpt and a fun paint.
I really enjoyed working with True metallics opposed to the non metallic style I've been leaning towards.
I also used a few different techniques for fun, layering on the armor, wet blending the fur and cape, and glazing on the eagle.
I know his base could use more highlighting but I liked the way the dark and dull base contrasted with the finished mini.

Thanks for checking him out,

-Samson

Beautifully done. The gold is perfect, full stop. The blending on the cape is also excellent, and the yellow freehand is a great little detail. I would recommend changing the color of the skull on his =I= bling so it might stand out better, but I like how it resembles a red wax seal as is.

Looks really good. This is, hands down, my favorite mini. Nice paint job on him.
