I'm not sure if it is just the pictures, but it looks like you've done a good job of making their (splinter rifles? shuriken guns? frilly space-elf weapons...) look like they have a wood grain. Was that intentional? Does it look that way in real life, or just on my monitor? And if it is actual, how did you do it? It looks great!
