I'd have given it a more dynamic pose, but that's a very nice Contemptor.

On another note. Head, shoulders, arms and torso are all magnatized

Its quite well painted, don't know if I love the base though, i would think something more dynamic with the base

Looking really good. Maybe a little more grey in the recesses for the white parts to give it more depth.

Thanks alot! but its not fixed to any one pose, it can be made to to twist & turn + wave 2 joints on each arm. Even the face kan turn as its all Magnatized.

The base is self made, so it would perhaps look better with som barbwire

Nice!
Paintjob is great, nice details like the soft writing (killcount?) on the leg.
Its not really the pose that bring it down for me, but the junk on his shoulders is built a bit high,
making the composition look somewhat unbalanced (or perhaps its because it create a drop shape; drop shapes not being very heroic most of the time).
This is just minor nitpicking though -all in all the guy looks great.

Edit: I actually like the base alot!

On the shoulders? you mean the launchers? They are from forge world and their own design for the contemptor, apart from the skulls and top bit I added. Otherwise im in total agreement with you.

I got excited because it's a Templar.... other than that i'd give yourself some credit, doesn't look at all bad.

It's in a better pose than the Contemptor I bought! I sat and got irritated building the legs on mine. I honestly didn't realise how many parts the legs would be...

Nice paintjob, only thing I'd say is a little more definition on some of the black areas if you wanted something to work on (photos make it look a little flat in places) but it looks great overall.

I should probably start painting mine soon, it's been sat on the desk for weeks.

Can't help to think that a relic contemptor would have made it stand out more, black on white isn't my favorit colour to work with hehe. But I'm a BT player myself all the way.

Looks great! May I suggest a chain around the power fist?

Any feedback is better then none Cyrax ;O)

Chains are allmost a most for templars, but was rather thinking about chains hanging down from the guns all the way to its back, then having small magnets to hold it there so i can change weapon loadout with ease.

The paintjob is awesome, and I love the weathering/paint chippping especially. However, the extra little gold shrine thingy on the missile launcher is just too much kibble for me though. It messes up the model's silhouette and just seems like tacked on bling. The model altogether is awesome though.

Wow, this is really good. Quite well done.

I actually like the shrine atop the model. I also really lke that tabard. I like all the bling on the it. I don't think the Templars know the meaning of the word restraint when it comes to shrines and purity seals, etc.

Great work.
