Hi guys,

Which do you think would look better, star or no stars? Or do the stars make it to busy? What do you guys think?

It needs "something" to out contrast the purple line which is what is the most eye catching atm.

The right side doesn't have stars, yet the squiggly white line is needed to balance the model's contrast.

Not every shadow, but any shadow

The stars are a bit busy for my liking, maybe a single constellation or a comet to add a bit of drama ?

No starts or stick to a small number of stars.

Very busy. I would shoot the crap out of that thing to get it off the table.

Without the stars it looks ace.

Correct. Despite countless millennia of evolution, technological advances and civilization, we're still monkeys throwing feces at things we don't like.-Zed.

So less stars or no stars?

Maybe I'll just paint a few large stars and a small amount of background stars?

Maybe try the stars but in a darker shade - something closer to the base colour so you still break up the solid blue panels but it looks a bit less like it's got measles

Nice colour scheme. I bet the full army'll look really good.

If I do the stars in a darker colour I'm not sure they would look like stars, especially without the white. What do you think?
