The gold seems a bit jarring- it might be nice to darken it up a bit to fit with the otherwise-dark feel of the model.

I really like the skin and the armor, but a generous wash of devlan mud on all the metal would be great.

a nice brown wash would give it some life

+1 on the two over me. The metal parts could really use a wash or two. Otherwise very good.

I left it like that cause I see the dark eldar as being very flashy with a twisted kind of erotica feel to them.

Looks good like the skin tone you've gone for, as above really about the metals , you could always give them a wash as suggested then highlight it back up for the look you want
