Once a loyal Imperial tank commander Kasp became obsessed with his machines of war. Ignoring orders from his superiors whenever he saw fit Kasp eventually rebelled and led a bloody armoured company into battle against imperial troops, although eventually slain Kasp's deeds impressed the dark gods enough that his spirit was allowed to return to tthe physical realm. He now serves as a mighty Tank Commander for the Crimson Wing Guard Devision, putting his many years of deadly epertise to use in the destruction of his foes.

Counts as a Pask alternative for my Traitor guard Force.

Does that model actually sit in the coupla of his tank? If not, I'd like to see that version of this model as well. A great take on the Name, along with the story. The painting, on the other hand, lacks contrast in my opinion. I mean, I haven't seen your tanks, but I think there should be some points of interest that are highlighted on this guy. Like, maybe some blue glowyness on his many medals and the medal on his cap. These would contain the most of his essence, because he would remember the battles and how he fought them the most. But, again, that depends on how you paint your tanks. If your tanks are dark, then this pask model will already be a focal point in and of itself.

The lighting of the pics was a little dark, he's actually very bright. My tanks are quite dark red so he contrasts very nicely with them.

The painting is great on both models. Kasp really does contrast nicely with the tank.

Not at all! The colour is made up of LOTS of layers of dry brushing. so starting from flat chaos black i dry brushed in this order ...

Grey
Skull White
Sea Green
Skull White
Putrid Green
and another final Skull White

Maybe a little excessive but i like the luminosity to build up over several layers. Loving the effect the putrid green gives it. Makes it look as if it glows in the dark, even in dimly lit rooms! lol.

A nice ghost paint job. I'm full of The Haunted Tank references but I'm not sure if you'll get them.

Unfortunately, I don't like the space marine power pack. Just because I know what it is and that it is out of place.

The Pack is (or since he's dead now was) a filtration unit for the planets toxic atmosphere. I based the idea on an old rogue trader guard image and have the theme running through my army.

I think you should have converted them. To me it's a space marine pack and unless it looks different, it can't be anything else.
