Subject: Looking for some of your opinons on how to model/represent living lighting. I've seen a few images..
I've seen a few images kicking around the web but I was looking for some insight/tips on how to model living lighting. I'm going to green stuff it but I'm kinda stuck on the shape or how to sculpt it. I was thinking like a lightning orb or something floating from my rune priest hand. I've already converted one of the arms that cups a weapon when two handing it. I actually had to cut off the thumb and reposition it to make it a right hand seeing how my priest is holding a staff in his left. I was just hoping for some ideas to get my creative flow going. Thanks for the help. I'll post some pics of what I've done thus far in the next few days.

We may be few, and our enemies many. Yet so long as there remains one of us still fighting, one who still rages in the name of justice and truth, then by the Allfather, the galaxy shall yet know hope.

That looks good to me. If you wanted a more comical look on it. Make the RP holding a taser. Another way is having the lighting come from behind him. If you used a 40mm base you would have more room for this idea.
Ive never seen modelled lightning look good to be honest. The ones using fine wire look more lighting like than those to my eyes tho. Good luck with it
