There are several steps of modeling that you may wish to look at when doing an army. Some people may use this as a checklist to help them in further projects.
First is to clip models off the sprue and clean the bitz. Cleaning the bitz means that you use a file or hobby knife to clean mold lines and clip marks on the model. On several of your models I can point out every clip mark and model lines. This should be one of the first steps you need to do before glue.
After gluing the models you should have used green stuff to gap fill. If you look you are rhinos you can see the gaps between each glued area. Liquid green stuff would be a good choice for filling that it.
The after the gap filling you base and prime the model.
After the prime settles you paint. Now one think I noticed on your paint job is that up did not water the paints down, this makes the paint look thick and clumpy. Also you should have done multiple coats of each color. I can see the brush strokes all throughout the models.
This is just a case of not knowing and things to help out with. I am guessing is one of your first projects with were practice makes perfect.
I like the Dorn chapters and hope to see your skill on in improve for the future.

Yup these were my first guys(from white scars to smurfs now this) and before i didnt even water anything down but i learnt from my mistakes (especially the rhino) i couldnt really find anything to get the paint stripped here in my country that isnt over 15 $ Also i really dont care about mould lines as they arent really going to be visible from the table. Anyways thanks for the advice
