......and so it began on a cold and raining winter day. I was captured by the glow of a Games Workshop sign. I wondered inside and mentioned great wolves of times past that have held a special place in my now stone cold heart. A time capsule of Space Wolves Battle Force was placed in my hands along with Wolf Lord now re-named Axelaw Thunder and his Thunderwolf Cavalary. Home I arrived, eager to begin breathing new life into this army that may, one day, renew my glory and imortalize the name Thorment Wolfclaw in the cronicles of yet to pass .
Now joined by 10 MK 3 IRON ARMOUR Marines they have lain down their Weapons and renounced their prior alligences, wishing to doan the mantle of Space Wolf Elite in the form of Wolf Guards.
Follow the cronicles and offer your words of wisdom if you please for in the future their will be blood, rivers of it, broken and beaten bodies will pave the path to Victory and Thorment's Wolves will Reign.

Thunder booms across a land naked and torched. A mountain range once rich and filled with life. These are the mountains of Neutrality earning their name as it has nothing left to give and the waring armies have moved on. Upon one large mountain where in daylight the view spanned for miles around, stands a loan half tumbled down shack of a workshop. Sounds have been heard and smoke rises from the forge chimmney once again as it has not in eons. Lightning cracks the thunder rolls within the waring clouds and then silence falls, broken only by the howl of a loan wolf waching, always watching.
Riding out from a cave near the workshop rides Shadow Powerclaw, brandishing his new Stormshield. Looking over himself he is proud of his loyal commanders work, Thorment Wolfclaw, who has succeeded in breathing new life into his forsaken body. He is greeted by no less than five scouts. Unable to remember their names he gives them nicknames, Heavy Bolter, The Sniper Twins with rifles only and The Night Therrors as deadly with their power swords as they are with their rifles.
The six figures stand outside the workshop, proud and anxcious for war. They are the first of many to come so in the mean time will settle for training, training that is harsh and cruel toughening their bodies and minds for the many of wars to come.

Wolf Scouts? I like me some wolf scouts... Not the weapons i would have given them but it's your choice. Have you got an army list in mind or are you just getting what you like?

Hey Purplefood,
The night i got the wolflord, cavalry and Battle force, a mate and i sat down and did what we call a paper army (my army on paper) worked out points, special abilities, talismans and charms, weopans, and a wish list. I know alot of my guys at the moment are all ranged and probably weak on close combat but that will be balanced once i get the rest of my basic. then i will workout how to bulk it up
Thanks for reading too stay tuned for more

So far so good. I hope to see how you incorporate the MK3 Armour sets into the army.
