From what I saw in your gallery, my first tip would be to thin your paints more. Try to paint multiple thin coats, instead of one thick one, so no detail on the model gets lost. This is especially true for whites, as it is really difficult to get a nice even coat. Also, you might use a wash, to bring a bit more definition to your model.

Other that that, I really like your color-scheme, very creative.

Cool colour scheme kinda reminds me of one of the Tau colour scheme's.
Would definitly thin your paints though can see brush strokes on the jump pack.

Check out this guys youtube chanel and try copying what he has done, to give your white more depth.
